DMCA Copyright Notice and Takedown Policy
XXX-9.com respects intellectual-property rights and responds to complete notices of alleged copyright infringement. This policy explains what a notice must contain and what happens after it is received.
Submitting a copyright notice
Use the reporting mechanism available on the page containing the material and provide all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if several works are covered.
- The exact XXX-9.com URL of each item claimed to be infringing.
- Your full name and sufficient contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Requests that do not identify the exact page or material may be impossible to process. Do not submit unrelated complaints through the copyright procedure.
Review and removal
After receiving a complete notice, we may disable access to the identified material, preserve relevant records and notify the party that supplied it. We may ask for clarification when a notice is incomplete or ambiguous.
Counter-notification
A person whose material was disabled by mistake or misidentification may submit a counter-notification identifying the removed material and its former location, consenting to the appropriate legal jurisdiction, accepting service of process from the original claimant, and declaring under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification. The counter-notification must include contact information and a signature.
Repeat infringement and misuse
Where appropriate, access associated with repeat infringement may be restricted. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notification may create legal liability.
Other reports
Reports involving privacy, consent, prohibited content or the apparent depiction of a minor should be submitted immediately through the page reporting mechanism. Include the exact URL and enough detail to locate the material.
